“Good job! Keep it up!”
“Keep” is a word that has to do with things staying the same. “I kept all the postcards you sent.” I have saved and protected the postcards. We can also use it with a verb: “Keep running! You’re almost there!” Here it means “don’t stop” or “continue (doing that)”. So “keep it up” is a common phrase of encouragement. It means you’re doing a good job, so don’t stop or change anything.

「Keep」はものごとが変わらないことに関する単語です。「あなたが送ってくれたハガキは全部保存しておいたよ。」ハガキを安全な場所においてあります。動詞と一緒にも使えます。「走り続けろ！もう少しだ！」ここでは、「やめるな」や「（今やっていることを）続ける」という意味です。では、「keep it up」はよくある励ましの言葉です。今やっていることがいいので、やめたり変えたりしないでということになります。
