“Not for all the tea in China!”
This is a colorful way to say “no”, “absolutely not” or “never”. Tea originally came from China, so naturally it would have the most tea. At one time, tea was unusual and rare in the rest of the world, so it would have been very valuable. “All the tea in China” is worth a lot of money, but still not enough to make us agree to do something we really don’t want to.

「中国中のお茶を全部もらえるとしても嫌」とは「ノー」「絶対にしない」「何があっても嫌」という気持ちの表現方法です。お茶はもともと中国からきたものですから、お茶がたくさんあるのは当たり前です。昔は、中国以外の国では珍しかったので高価な物でした。中国中のお茶、つまり大金です。本当に嫌なことは大金を積まれても嫌ですね。
