Senseを持っている人は分別と常識のある人です。何かがmakes senseというとそれは納得できることです。他に知っている事実を考えると不思議ではないことです。
If someone has good sense, they are a reasonable, logical person. If something makes sense, it’s logical. We can understand why it would be true, based on other facts we know.
