“Sounds like a plan.” 「いい提案だ。」
何か提案して「Sounds like a plan」と返事がきたらそれは相手が賛成しているという事です。
計画（plan）はないよりあるほうがいいです。
普段は「Sounds good」や「Let’s do that」と同じような使い方をするフレーズですが、うまくいかなかった場合は「we didn’t say it sounded like a good plan」とも言えます！
If you suggest something and your friend answers, “Sounds like a plan,” they are agreeing with your suggestion.
Something that sounds like a plan is better than no plan at all.
Usually we use this phrase in the same way as “Sounds good” or “Let’s do that.” But if by some chance things go badly, well, we didn’t say it sounded like a good plan!
