“You can say that again! It was the worst I’ve ever seen!”
We say, “You can say that again!” when we agree strongly with something. It is so true, you could say it twice! There is no need to actually say it again, except as a joke.
「酷い映画だったね。」
「まさにそう！観た中で最悪な映画だった！」
強く同意するときに「もう一度言っていい」と言います。あんまりにも本当のことなので、２回言ってもかまいません。言葉遊びの場合を除いて、実際に２回言う必要はありません。
