“It’s raining, but I still have to walk the dog.”
When you take a walk with a friend or family member, you can say it in many ways: I’m going on a walk with my friend. I’m taking Grandma for a walk. Dad and I are taking a walk. You can take a walk with your dog, too, but we usually say it more briefly: I’m walking the dog. You can’t walk your friends or family though, unless they wear leashes.
「雨が降っているけど犬の散歩に行かなきゃ。」
友達や家族と一緒に散歩する場合、色々な言い方があります。友達と散歩に行きます。お祖母ちゃんを散歩に連れて行ってあげる。お父さんと散歩する。犬との散歩も同じように言えますが、通常はI’m walking the dog（犬の散歩に行きます）と簡潔に言います。犬ではなく家族や友達の場合は同じ表現は出来ません。リードにつないでいれば別ですが・・・。
