“Pour” describes letting some liquid fall from a container. We often pour liquids such as juice or tea into cups or glasses before drinking them. The third example, though, means that it’s raining very hard. When you pour a liquid, a lot of liquid falls at once. If the rain is pouring, it’s as dense as water being poured from a glass.

「Pour」は器から液体をわざとこぼすような行動です。よく飲む前にジュースやお茶などの液体をガラスやカップに注ぎます。3つ目の例文は、雨がたくさん降っているという意味です。液体を注ぐと一気にたくさんの液体が落ちます。雨がpouringなら、ガラスを使って注ぐ水と同じほど大量の水が降っているという意味です。
